Homeschooling Report Website for Danilo Andres Perez 2025-2026
Welcome to Danilo Andres Perez's Homeschooling Website.
This year has been filled with energy, exploration, and meaningful learning. In terms of instructional hours, the breadth of educational materials, resources, and subject-specific studies, Danilo consistently met—and often exceeded—the goals outlined in our educational plan. His learning spanned private lessons and group classes in multiple disciplines, including music, mathematics, sound engineering, US law, and more.
Homeschooling continues to demonstrate its power and flexibility. With curiosity and openness as a foundation, meaningful connections emerge across all areas of study. We are deeply proud of Danilo’s progress, his genuine appreciation for simple joys, and his ability to learn, adapt, and thrive. We remain confident that homeschooling provides him with the best opportunity to reach his full potential in a supportive, low-stress, and joyful environment.
This past year was especially productive. Danilo advanced his music studies at Zumix, where he participated in the jazz ensemble, and at Berklee College of Music’s City Music Program (High School Academy). He also worked closely with his math tutor, strengthening his academic foundation. A highlight of the year was his January 2025 trip to Panama, where he performed with his own group at the Panama Jazz Festival—an extraordinary milestone in his growth as a bass player, supported by mentorship from some of Berklee’s most accomplished musicians.
Beyond his musical accomplishments, Danilo rediscovered his love of reading, completing over ten books ranging from 200 to 400 pages as part of a conscious effort to reduce his screen time. This year also marked the beginning of an exciting new academic chapter: his acceptance into the Dual Enrollment and Early College Program at Bunker Hill Community College. Starting in Fall 2025, he will begin formal studies in his favorite subject—Mathematics.
There were many more enriching moments throughout the year, which you can explore further in the videos and pictures section.
