Danilo Andres Progress Report 2024-2025

Danilo’s bass playing has reached new heights, and he now performs regularly with his band nationally and internationally. He continues to impress as the best cook in the house and has grown into a bright, outgoing, and endlessly curious young person. Navigating Boston’s public transportation system with ease, he independently travels to all of his classes—a sign of his growing confidence and maturity. This year, Danilo continued his group lessons at Zumix and took on a new role as an assistant sound engineer for the Celebrity Series of Boston. He also traveled with his father and completed a successful first year at Berklee City Music High School Academy. In addition to performing once again at the Panama Jazz Festival with his band, he deepened his academic work with his favorite tutors in math and writing. This has been a transformative year—Danilo has not only grown in skill and independence, but he’s now officially the tallest in the house! A major milestone was his acceptance into Bunker Hill Community College, where he’ll begin his next academic journey this fall.

Danilo did really well. We focused on GED practice and also graphing inequalities. Also looked at converting radians and degrees with trigonometry.

Thanks so much!

Danilo and I had a good session. We tackled some complicated probability questions - he hasn’t seen some that link to algebra before which was an excellent challenge for him!

Thanks
James

Afternoon!

Danilo is doing well in maths. We went through some complex algebraic fractions questions before moving on to functions, which we will finish next week, and then look at some SAT style questions as well.

Thanks!
James

Afternoon!

Danilo did well today. We covered an entire unit on the GED and beyond on surds, which he mastered quickly. I’ll continue to work on this and other areas in 2 weeks.

Thanks!
